The public bar at The Station Inn is a characterful and cosy place to meet, settle in with a drink, tuck into a meal, and chat with friends. Our garden, where you can also enjoy your meal and drinks when the weather’s good, is supplemented with spectacular views of the surrounding hills, overlooking the Ribblehead Viaduct and the highest of Yorkshire’s famous three peaks, Whernside. NEW – Selection of rare whiskies sourced from distilleries in the Highlands of Scotland. Sheep Dip A traditional blend of rare single malt whiskies – pure malt flavours drawn from the four distilling regions of Scotland. Ebbs into a classic, pleasing finish. To the Ends of the Earth This vatted malt has 23 year old Benrinnes at its heart. Rich autumnal fruits with honies overtones give way to a multifacted barley aftertaste. Out of this world. Pig’s Nose This exceptional blended scotch whisky has been created by Richard Paterson, Scotland’s only third generation Master Blender. The whisky’s smoothness is rooted in its specially selected Speyside, Islay and Lowland Malts which has been aged in oak casks. Marrying these with gentle grain whiskies produces a whisky that is truly as soft as a pig’s nose. Dancing Stag On a dark winter’s night with the moon looming over the highlands, returning from a whisky buying trip, the makers of this whisky confronted with a magnificent stag who appeared to dance in the moonlight. This inspired a new line of whisky. |
